Dealing with the PhD supervisor team: Challenges and solutions

During this workshop, we will explore the causes and consequences of challenges between supervisors and, more importantly, how to address and prevent them. Through interactive discussions, guided reflections, and insights from our Dean of Research Edith Feskens in interdisciplinary and intercultural supervision, you will gain practical tools and new perspectives. By the end of the session, you will leave with concrete strategies and a clear plan to tackle your supervisory challenges.

Programme

13:30 – Arrival and welcome
13:40 – Introduction and kick-off assignment
14:20 – Presentation with background information and discussion of case studies
15:15 – Break
15:30 – Interactive session with prof. Edith Feskens, Dean of Research
16:10 – Final reflection on case studies and key takeaways
16:30 – Closing and informal drinks
